In accordance with article L 211-3 of the Consumer Code, consumers in contact with our company have the right to have free recourse to the consumer mediator within one year following the attempt at amicable resolution of the dispute made by by means of a written complaint previously addressed to I@D FRANCE.
Thus, it is possible to contact the consumer mediator designated by I@D FRANCE, the Association of European Mediators (AME CONSO) who can be contacted:
All Mediation costs are the responsibility of I@D FRANCE. The referral to the Consumer Mediator AME CONSO is therefore free for the consumer.
The terms of this mediation are organized by articles L 611-1 et seq. and R 612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
Any consumer who contacts AME CONSO must be able to prove that he has previously attempted to resolve his dispute directly with our company without success. Otherwise, the referral to the mediator will not be favorably received.
