I@D INTERNATIONAL, a simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée), with its registered office located at Immeuble Carré Haussmann III, Allée de la Ferme de Varâtre, 77127 Lieusaint, France, registered with the Melun Trade and Companies Register under number 820923126 (hereinafter "I@D International" or "I@D"), processes your personal data, as data controller, when you use the Playiad Assistant application (the "Application").

This privacy policy applies to iad advisors holding an active Playiad account. The Application is not intended for the general public and does not allow account creation from within the Application.

The purpose of this policy is to provide you with the information required by the applicable regulations, and in particular French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 on data processing, files and individual liberties, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (the "GDPR") (together, the "Applicable Regulations").

1. What personal data is processed?

In connection with the use of the Playiad Assistant Application, I@D may process the following categories of personal data:

  • Identification data: first name, last name, title, professional email address, photo, login credentials (via Auth0);
  • Business data entered by the advisor relating to real estate properties (e.g. number of rooms, property characteristics, owner's name);
  • Data related to your comments and reviews entered in the Application;
  • Geolocation data (only if you consent to enable this feature on your device);
  • Technical and usage data of the Application: device model, operating system version, Application version, error logs, technical logs, navigation and interaction data.

When the iad advisor uses the voice note feature, I@D may process the following data:

  • Voice data: recordings made voluntarily by the advisor;
  • Voice transcriptions: text resulting from the automatic conversion of the voice note;
  • Structured data: information extracted from the transcription and integrated into the Application after verification and validation by the advisor.

The voice note feature is only activated upon the voluntary action of the advisor.

I@D processes your personal data for the purposes defined below, in compliance with the legal bases provided for by the Applicable Regulations.

3. Who are the recipients of the personal data?

The personal data collected and processed by I@D for the aforementioned purposes may be communicated, depending on the needs of your case:

  • To authorized personnel and processors of I@D in the context of the use of the Application;
  • To administrative or judicial authorities authorized by French law;
  • To I@D France, an operational subsidiary of I@D.

I@D's processors are only authorized to use your personal data for the purpose of performing their services and are contractually bound to protect the data transmitted to them in this context.

I@D reserves the right to disclose your personal data to administrative or judicial authorities, in particular:

  • To comply with the requirements of an applicable law or regulation, a summons, a requisition, an administrative request or a judicial procedure when required or authorized by applicable law;
  • To preserve the security of the Application and/or protect the rights of third parties or property rights.

4. Transfers outside the European Union

Some of your personal data may be transmitted to providers located outside the European Union. These transfers are, depending on the providers concerned, governed by standard contractual clauses or by binding corporate rules (BCR), and supplemented with additional protection measures.

5. What are your rights?

You may exercise, under the conditions and limits provided for by the Applicable Regulations, the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access and information: you have the right to be informed in a concise, transparent, intelligible and easily accessible manner about how your personal data is processed. You also have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed and, where this is the case, to access such data by requesting a copy.
  • Right of rectification: you have the right to obtain the rectification and/or completion of your personal data that is incomplete and/or inaccurate.
  • Right to withdraw consent: when the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
  • Right to object: you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation. In some cases, the exercise of this right will not be possible, for example if there are legitimate and compelling grounds, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
  • Right to data portability: you have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to I@D in order to transmit it to another data controller. This right only applies if the processing of your personal data is based on your consent or on the performance of a contract and is carried out by automated means.
  • Right to restriction of processing: in some cases, you have the right to obtain a restriction on the processing of your personal data. This right allows you to request the temporary freezing of the use of certain data, if the conditions provided for by law are met.
  • Right to erasure: in some cases, you have the right to obtain the erasure of your personal data (for example if the personal data is too old and is no longer necessary).
  • Right to human intervention regarding profiling or automated decision-making: when profiling or automated decision-making takes place, you may request human intervention in this analysis.
  • Right to give "post-mortem" directives: you have the right to define directives concerning your personal data in the event of death.

In the absence of a response from I@D or if a dispute persists, you may in any event lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) in France).

6. Security

I@D implements various measures aimed at protecting your data against any misappropriation.

However, I@D draws your attention to the fact that, although I@D implements appropriate technical and organizational means to ensure protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing of personal information and against any accidental loss, damage or destruction thereof, it has no means of guaranteeing the absolute security of personal data.
