Professionnelle et réactive

Nous avons confié à Adeline de 2 de nos biens immobiliers et elle a toujours fait preuve de sérieux. Elle a su cibler le profil des acquéreurs afin de ne pas perdre de temps avec des visites "inutiles". Elle est réactive, disponible et de bons conseils. Rapidité et efficacité

Ayant hérité d'un appartement dans le 83 en piteux état, je désirais le vendre au plus vite et au meilleur prix afin de réaliser un projet d'achat immobilier. Un ami m'avait conseillé le réseau IAD et je n'ai vraiment pas été déçue : Mme BERGOUNHE a été à l'écoute de ma demande et s'est montrée extrêmement efficace et rapide dans sa prestation : l'appartement est parti au meilleur prix et avec une rapidité que je n'osais espérer (je ne me rappelle plus exactement mais je dirais en moins de 2 mois). Elle a été également de très bon conseil car il y avait un dégât des eaux, et j'avoue que, n'habitant pas dans le coin elle m'a été d'une aide extrêmement précieuse!!!
