Nous recherchions de préférence un bien entre particuliers pour économiser un peu sur les frais des agences que je trouve élevé (qu'on paye indirectement quoi qu'on nous dise) mais compliqué très peu de particulier en vente directe. Petit aparté fait nous sommes tout de même ravis de notre acquisition et nous remercions Agnès pour son accompagnement, qui à était présente et a répondu à chacune de nos demandes tout au long de la transaction. tout c'est très bien goupillé, visite en décembre, signature du compromis en janvier et et signature définitive de l'acte notarial avec remise des clés en avril. Merci.
