à fait preuve de bienveillance auprès.de moi qui était le vendeur et pour l'acheteur..chaque vente n'étant pas identique et ce fut le cas pour moi ayant des enfants qui devaient donner leur accord et.la.personne qui achetait beaucoup de refus pour le crédit. tout c'est bien fini avec joie des deux côtés ...

Alain a été d’une aide précieuse dans la vente d’un immeuble de rapport à Roissy en Brie. Il est venu avec une équipe d’experts pour évaluer le bien et est allé bien au delà de son rôle d’agent immobilier en m’aidant et se déplaçant régulièrement pour régler des problèmes (ce qu’il n’était pas tenu de faire). Cette aide m’a été très précieuse étant donné que je résidais à l’étranger lors de la vente. Je ferai de nouveau appel à lui au besoin et le recommande chaudement. Un professionnel de confiance et qui saura vous épauler lors d’une vente.
