Alban a été présent sur tous les aspects de la vente, voir même plus, en nous proposant également le débarrassage de la maison. Personne de confiance, réactif, homme de terrain, il nous a allégé d'une charge mentale non négligeable. Facilité de communication et sens de la discrétion sont à souligner tout au long du processus de la vente. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Alban m'a accompagné pour la vente de ma maison. Il s'agit de quelqu'un sur qui on peut compter, même en cas d'imprévu (infiltration en toiture pendant la mise en vente !). Il est doté d'un très bon relationnel et de solides compétences dans tous les domaines du bâtiment et de la transaction immobilière. Son champ de compétences est bien plus large qu'un agent immobilier lambda, donc surtout ne pas hésiter à le contacter. Même évaluation concernant l'achat d'une nouvelle maison.
