Une professionnelle efficace et qui connait bien le marché immobilier

Alexia est venue faire sont estimation, quelques jours plus tard nous avons eu l'estimation de notre bien. Un photographe est venu faire des photos et dans la foulée l'annonce est sortie via le réseau IAD. Après une selection des profils, elles a retenu 4 à 5 personnes. Les visites ce sont enchaîné sur une journée. Résultat une offre au prix grâce à son estimation dans la semaine après la parution de l'annonce. Alexia est visible via les réseaux sociaux et est très rassurante pour les 2 parties. Elle propose des techniciens et autres professionnels du bâtiment ( architectes ,electriciens, déménageur, plombier.. ). Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, rare sont les agents immobiliers aussi pro et de confiance (Alexia avait les clés de notre maisons à maisons alfort pour pouvoir faire les visites). Merci Alexia
