Parfait!

Une vente qui traînait depuis quelques temps, Alicia l’a récupérée sur le fil et 2 mois après la situation se débloquait sur une vente rapide! Au delà de ça, Alicia suit ses clients (vendeur et acheteur) afin de rassurer tout le monde et faire avancer au plus vite la transaction, et cela devient rare de nos jours. Un seul conseil: faites lui confiance!!!

Alicia a qui j'ai confié la vente de ma maison a été très professionnelle, disponible et de bons conseils pendant toute la durée de la vente. Un coup de pouce de la chance et un suivi constant ont permis une vente très rapide. Alicia a commencé par une bonne estimation du prix de vente de la maison, s'est renseignée immédiatement sur les questions que ne manqueraient pas de poser d'éventuels acheteurs, a été très réactive, même pendant ses congés d'été, ce qui m'a permis de placer en elle toute ma confiance. Elle a su me soutenir dans les démarches de recherche d'une entreprise de déménagement et d'un professionnel pour vider les derniers biens que je ne pouvais pas emmener.
