Il n'y a aucune mauvaise surprise, toutes les informations fournies sur le déroulement de la vente se passent comme prévu. Ses conseils lors de la préparation de la vente sont judicieux. Son travail est très professionnel, elle a beaucoup d'expérience et surtout une très bonne connaissance de son domaine et de la région, ce qui en fait un atout précieux. Si nous avions une nouvelle vente à réaliser, nous lui confierions sans aucune hésitation.

Nous avons réussi à réalisé notre projet immobilier grâce particulièrement aux différents conseils de Madame Motta. elle a su mener à bien les négociations commerciales pour l'achat de la maison. Nous n'avions un problème administratif et c'est grâce à elle que le vendeur a accepté de prolonger d'un mois le compromis de vente. Je ne manquerai pas de la recommander.
