J’ai été accompagné par Anabela Marques (iad France) pour l’achat d’un appartement 4 pièces à Champigny-sur-Marne. Avec des critères très précis, j’ai effectué de nombreuses visites ; Anabela a su garder le cap, cibler les biens pertinents et m’orienter avec des conseils clairs et transparents (points forts/faiblesses, copropriété, travaux à prévoir, exposition, bruit, etc.). Sa disponibilité a fait la différence : réponses rapides, organisation souple des visites (y compris soir et week-end) et suivi régulier sans relance de ma part. Disponibilité totale même le week-end pour répondre à toutes questions et se rendre sur site si besoin. Pour ma vente à distance elle a su mener à bien le projet , je n’ai eu à me déplacer qu’une seule fois pour faire l’état des lieux et récupérer les clés chez les locataires afin de les lui remettre et ça un dimanche matin. Un grand merci à elle.
