Très bonne qualité de service et de suivi

L’achat de ma maison a été une étape aussi enthousiasmante que stressante. Après plusieurs mois de recherches, de visites et de comparaisons, j’ai enfin trouvé un bien qui correspondait à mes critères principaux : localisation, superficie, luminosité, et potentiel à long terme. Le processus d’achat a demandé beaucoup de rigueur : constitution du dossier de financement, échanges avec le notaire, négociation avec le vendeur, et multiples vérifications (diagnostics, documents d’urbanisme, servitudes…). J’ai également appris à être très attentif aux détails, notamment lors des visites : état de la toiture, système de chauffage, isolation, etc. J’ai choisi de m’entourer d’un courtier pour le financement, ce qui m’a permis de gagner du temps et d’obtenir de meilleures conditions. Malgré quelques imprévus de calendrier, l’ensemble de la procédure s’est bien déroulé grâce à une bonne communication entre les parties. Aujourd’hui, je suis pleinement satisfait de mon acquisition. Cela représente un vrai projet de vie, et même si cela demande encore des travaux et de l’entretien, c’est un investissement que je ne regrette pas.
