Vente maison avec travaux de rénovation

Anne-Laure fait partie des rares agents a avoir evalué la maison au bon prix (prix de la mise en vente = prix de la vente definitive). Il n'y a eu que 2 mois entre la signature du mandat et la signature du compromis pour une maison dont une partie des travaux étaient deja faits (mais à finir, un beau challenge). Un grand merci pour votre efficacité, vos conseils et votre disponibilité.
