Hop et de deux !

C’est ma deuxième vente avec Anne Sophie. Que dire sans être suspecté de un faux avis ?Je vais être factuel. Je contacte Anne Sophie pour mettre mon appartement en vente , dans le même immeuble un autre appartement identique au mien est également en vente et cela depuis deux ans pour ne pas dire trois. Anne Sophie publie mon bien . En un mois et deux visites il est vendu . La chance, peut être, le professionnalisme sans aucun doute . À vous de juger . Pour information aujourd’hui l’autre appartement est toujours en vente affiché à un prix de 11000€ inférieur à celui auquel était affiché le mien…
