J'ai beaucoup apprécié la simplicité et le respect de Mme Leclère ( pas de pression commerciale) .Ces qualités humaines allaient de paire avec des compétences professionnelles que nous avons beaucoup appréciées. Elle s'est bcp intéressée à tous les aspects techniques de la maison de manière à bien connaitre son dossier, à pouvoir imaginer les améliorations possibles à proposer aux acquéreurs potentiels. Très vigilante aux formalités administratives dont certaines n'avaient pas été demandées avant son intervention et très réactive et efficace pour combler les manques, elle ne s'est permis aucun jugement. Les photos de la maison qu'elle a prises, ont mis en avant ses atouts. Elle nous a toujours rapidement donné les comptes rendus des visites . Très serviable, elle s'est rendue disponible pour les visites d'artisans afin de nous éviter des déplacements inutiles . Bref, une perle..
