Très bon vendeur

En 1 mot ariost à réussi à vendre le bien en 2 visites sans mettre d'annonce avec photo ce qui est très fort et en vente longue ... Trop fort . Prochaine vente avec ariost bien évidemment

Un vrai professionnel de l'immobilier

Dans le cadre d'un achat en viager occupé, j'ai eu la chance d'être accompagné par Ariost qui a parfaitement su représenter mes intérêts, comme ceux des vendeurs. C'est un vrai professionnel de l'immobilier qui a des valeurs indispensables à l'exercice de ce métier : écoute, empathie, conseil, parfaite connaissance du secteur géographique, négociation, etc. Pourtant assez pessimiste à l'égard du réseau IAD avec lequel je n'ai pas forcément eu de bonnes expériences, Ariost a redoré le blason et je n'hésiterai pas à refaire appel à lui pour de nouveaux projets dans l'avenir.

Mr Mekshi n’est pas un agent immobilier normal, il est bien plus que cela, c’est un majordome à votre écoute, il fait en sorte de répondre au mieux à vos attentes. Ces échanges cordiaux et toujours dans le respect vous met à l’aise très rapidement. Cette relation de confiance nous a permis de trouver notre propriété tel que nous l’avons imaginé.
