Bon agent de A à Z

Ce n’est pas mon premier achat immobilier. Ne résidant pas en France, j’avais besoin d’un interlocuteur fiable, réactif et rigoureux : Arnaud a été au RDV. Il s’est rendu disponible, parfois au pied levé, pour les visites et a toujours tout mis en œuvre pour faciliter le déroulement du dossier. Rien n’était laissé au hasard, aucune mauvaise surprise, et quand des urgences sont survenues, il les a toutes gérées efficacement pour que la transaction se passe au mieux. Il a également été bon lors de la négociation, jouant parfaitement son rôle d’intermédiaire pour favoriser un compromis équilibré entre les parties. Enfin, j’ai particulièrement apprécié son professionnalisme : jamais dans les clichés de l’agent qui veut absolument conclure une vente, mais toujours dans la justesse, et le conseil. Je recommande bien sûr Arnaud Boucheteil pour son sérieux, sa disponibilité et son sens du service.
