Merci à Audrey de nous avoir aidé pour sortir d'une situation très complexe.

Après avoir vécue une situation très complexe avec la location puis la vente de mon pavillon par un agent immobilier d'une grande enseigne, Audrey a repris le mandat de vente. Malgré une situation très compliquée avec les péripéties des audits énergétiques, la valse des taux de crédits bancaires et la situation économique peu favorable aux investissement immobiliers, elle à trouvé les bons acquéreurs pour notre maison. Comme cela a été un peu long, elle à aussi assumé toutes les démarches pour trouver et gérer les artisans pour l'entretien de la maison et la mise en conformité des documents pour la vente. Très professionnelle, très disponible, très sérieuse et très réactive, j'ai trouvé en Audrey une personne responsable, après avoir connu le pire d'un agent immobilier, j'ai eu le meilleur. Pour une commission de vente deux fois moins élevée qu'une agence, elle à fait largement le double. Je lui souhaite de nombreuses ventes et surtout Audrey ne change pas.
