La vente de mon logement a été confiée à Mme Landreau et je ne peux qu’être extrêmement satisfait de son travail, je recommande de travailler avec elle les yeux fermés. Mme Landreau a été d’un très grand soutien, elle m’a fourni de nombreuses explications, a su estimer mon bien à sa juste valeur, documents explicatifs à l’appui (à la fois pour une vente classique et pour une vente dans le cadre d’un investissement immobilier). Mme Landreau a redoublé d’efforts pour rendre mon bien attrayant pour les potentiels acheteurs, l’annonce était complète et a été publiée très rapidement, les visites se sont enchaînées sans accroc et j’étais tenu informé de chaque évolution. Mme Landreau est très facilement joignable et se montre disponible et dans l’échange. Elle a su être réactive et a toute ma confiance pour mes projets immobiliers futurs.
