Très bonne prestation. je recommande

Je suis très content d'avoir confié la vente de mon appartement à Mme Maurin; En effet, mon bien était en vente depuis cinq mois mais avait fait l'objet de très peu de visites et d'aucune offre. Mme Maurin a su le valoriser et dynamiser sa publicité sur plusieurs sites et à travers son réseau. Elle m'a accompagné tout le long de la procédures m’apportant de nombreux conseils et interventions sur place pour faciliter la vente. Je la recommande vivement et chaleureusement. Elle est très sympathique, très active et prend vraiment à cœur son métier et la mission qu'on lui a confiée. Une vraie chance de l'avoir eu comme mandataire immobilier. En tout cas, elle nous a permis de vendre notre appartement.

Tout est mis en œuvre pour que la vente se fasse dans les meilleures conditions

J'ai voulu faire travailler une agence immobilière locale mais l'agent était non investi et j'ai perdu une année (seulement 3 visites). J'ai donc contacté Aurélie, qui avec son énergie et son savoir faire a su, avec quelques accessoires, de belles photos mettant en valeur le bien que je vendais, présenter la maison à des acheteurs , et conclure une vente en quelques mois seulement. Toujours disponible, agréable et à l'écoute de l'acheteur et du vendeur, Aurélie a fait preuve d'un grand professionnalisme. je ne manquerai de revenir vers elle si l'occasion se présente à nouveau et la recommande sans problème.
