Nous avons apprécié les compétences d’Aurélie Peltier pour vendre notre appartement. Agent immobilier est véritable métier. Elle nous a accompagnés, ainsi que le vendeur, dans toutes les démarches. Nous étions rassurés. En plus d’être une personne charmante lors de nos échanges, elle nous a bien conseillés sur le prix de vente. Elle suivait régulièrement notre bien et nous prévenait de l’apparition d’appartements concurrents. Cela nous a permis de nous adapter. Sans elle, il est fort probable que le nôtre ne soit pas encore vendu. Nous avons aussi apprécié son impartialité entre le vendeur et l’acheteur. C’était important pour nous. Cette vente n'était pas qu’une simple transaction financière. Nous espérions que l’acheteur soit aussi heureux que nous l’étions quand nous avions acheté ce bien. A éviter

On a joué carte sur table avec elle en lui disant que l'on était pressé d'acheter et la veille de la signature un acheteur fantôme est apparu et a fait une offre supérieure à la nôtre. Pour conclure, excellente commerciale qui a bien évidemment éluder certaines problématiques sur la maison et qui a mis en pratique des techniques commerciales plus que douteuses !
