Excellente prestation de service

Cette agente immobilier, au demeurant extrêmement sympathique, a été d’une disponibilité et d’une écoute de grande qualité. Elle s’est assuré, avant d’organiser les visites, du réel projet d’achat immobilier des potentiels acheteurs et a pris soin de vérifier leur solvabilité avant signature de promesses de vente, ce qui a évité la signature d’au moins deux compromis de vente non suivis d’achats Grâce à ses bons offices, mon appartement a trouvé acquéreur en deux mois et la vente a été signée à peine quatre mois après que je lui ai confié le mandat de vente ( pas de délai de préemption par la mairie de l’ Isle-Adam sur les appartements ). Un autre point important à signaler: ses honoraires étaient quasiment deux fois moins élevé que ceux demandés par l ‘agence immobilière traditionnelle qui m’avait vendu le bien 7 ans plus tôt. Cela m ‘a permis de vendre mieux et plus vite ! Un grand merci Aurélie. N’hésitez pas à faire appel à ses services, vous êtes en de très bonnes mains.
