Une personne professionnelle et humaine qui aime son métier

Aurelien a su être transparent sur la valeur du marché concernant ma maison, le prix a fortement baissé par rapport au prix qui avait été mis par une autre agence, mais j’ai décidé de lui faire confiance et je ne l’ai pas regretté, c’est une personne professionnelle qui aime son métier, qui sait mettre en valeur des photos de notre maison, ainsi que trouver les arguments pour la vendre.

Du vrai professionnalisme

L'ensemble de la prestation s'est très bien déroulée du debut à la fin sans stress ni aucun doute. Au bout de la 2ème visite nous avions trouvé notre coup de cœur. Il n’a pas hésité à se rendre disponible un dimanche pour la contre-visite, s’adaptant ainsi à nos impératifs personnels. M. Dulau accompagne les acquéreurs et les vendeurs pour que tout soit fluide, à la fois dans les communications entre les deux parties mais aussi dans les demarches administratives. Il est sympathique et souriant, de très bon conseil, professionnel, accompagnant, réactif, à l'écoute et propose des biens correspondants aux critères. Le prix de vente est également bien estimé par rapport au secteur. Le contact humain est important dans ce domaine d'activité et M. Dulau correspond complètement à celui-ci.
