Compétence et sérieux

Mme Gonnin a rapidement pris les dispositions pour organiser la vente de la maison. Elle a su placer le prix à un niveau acceptable pour les deux parties. Je pense qu’elle assure également un suivi des acheteurs potentiels en leur présentant des biens correspondant à leurs attentes. Le résultat a été une vente assez rapide. Étant à 450 km il était important d’avoir un intermédiaire compétent, sérieux et efficace.
