J'ai eu l'impression d'être laisée sur le prixde vente de l'appartement. L'agent n'a pas attendu 2 jours pour le vendre, le DPE n'était pas effectué. L'acquerreur m'a été envoyé par le syndic et j'ai demandé à l'agent d'appeler la directrice du conseil syndical . Je lui ai apporté le client sur un plateau. Mon avis est que l'agent est allée trop vite pour éviter que l'affaire passe par une autre agence (je n'avais pas donné d'exclusivité) ce qui ne m'a pas laissé le temps d'une bonne évaluation du prix de vente et je pense avoir perdu minimum 10 000€. Merci néanmoins d'avoir fais le suivi jusque chez le notaire et de m'avoir tenue informée, il n'est pas facile de s'en remettre à quelqu'un.
