Suivi sur la situation de la vente de la maison

La relation avec Mr Bergniard semble correcte tant que tout se passe bien. Cependant, dès que la situation se complique, son manque de compétences et de disponibilité devient évident. Impossible de le joindre par téléphone dans les moments cruciaux, et les réponses par e-mail sont vagues et imprécises. Les acquéreurs sélectionnés n’étaient pas solvables, entraînant l’annulation de la vente après des mois de perte de temps. Les justificatifs fournis étaient non signés ou incohérents, révélant un sérieux déficit de rigueur. Être performant quand tout va bien est facile ; c’est dans les moments délicats que le professionnalisme doit se manifester, mais il était alors totalement absent. À éviter si vous cherchez un vrai suivi professionnel.
