J’ai fait appel à Benoît pour une estimation comparative de mon bien dans le cadre d’un projet de vente. Il a été très réactif et m’a transmis son estimation rapidement. Lors de notre échange, il a pris le temps de m’expliquer de façon claire et accessible les éléments ayant conduit à ce chiffrage, notamment les différences avec une estimation précédente.
