Monsieur Toublanc nous a accompagnés à l’occasion de la vente de l’appartement de mon oncle : dossier complexe et lent en raison de certaines procédures à mettre en place. Un service et une gestion de qualité

J'ai eu la chance de trouver Mr Toublanc pour la vente de mon appartement. Au départ j'avais laissé la gestion à l'agence Laforêt à etampes et cela pendant 2 ans, peu de visite aucune vente avec une gestion catastrophique ! J'ai ensuite contacté Mr Toublanc et il m'a vendu mon appartement en 3 semaines ! 3 SEMAINES ! il a été de très bons conseils, en réalisant la gestion d'une main de maître ! J'en suis ravie ! Il est à l'écoute, de bons conseils, et réponds toujours rapidement ! Je vous conseille fortement ce cher monsieur qui travaille extrêmement bien !
