Mr Toublanc est un agent immobilier très professionnel, à l'écoute, de bons conseils, respectueux des horaires, toujours disponible quelque soit le jour et l'heure. Il est sérieux et ses évaluations correspondent à la réalité. Il est fort agréable et reste franc même si cela ne nous convient pas. Il ne nous fait pas croire l'impossible juste pour avoir un mandat, c'est de l'honnêteté très appréciable. Si besoin nous ferions à nouveau appel à lui les yeux fermés. On recommande fortement.

Par son professionnalisme, M. Toublanc a répondu parfaitement à mon projet de vente de ma maison. Compétent, sérieux, grande disponibilité et réactivité. Je lui ai confié cette mission suite à ma déception de l’agence Nestenn qui, en plus d’un an n’a eu de conseil que faire baisser le prix de vente. M. Toublanc a mené adroitement des négociations avec les acheteurs.
