En tant que vendeuse d'un bien sur Warmeriville, en exclusivité, via leur application de recommandation: propertips. Bruce a vendu notre bien, en à peine une semaine de visites, 3 propositions et 1 que nous avons acceptées au prix de l'annonce sans négociation. Nous lui avons validé l'exclusivité car nous n'avions pas le temps de gérer les visites, ni de suivre celles de plusieurs agents immobiliers mandatés la fois. Doublement satisfaite car j'ai été aussi récompensée pour cette affaire que je lui ai apportée !
