En tant que vendeuse d'un bien sur Warmeriville, en exclusivité, via leur application de recommandation: propertips. Bruce a vendu notre bien, en à peine une semaine de visites, 3 propositions et 1 que nous avons acceptées au prix de l'annonce sans négociation. Nous lui avons validé l'exclusivité car nous n'avions pas le temps de gérer les visites, ni de suivre celles de plusieurs agents immobiliers mandatés la fois. Doublement satisfaite car j'ai été aussi récompensée pour cette affaire que je lui ai apportée ! Pour ma.part, j'ai beaucoup apprécié son sérieux, son professionnalisme, et son sens de la relation clientèle !! Je recommande vivement les services de Bruce, en exclusivité, avec grand plaisir!!

Vente de notre bien

Je ne connaissais pas cette personne, sauf de nom. J ai été très satisfaite de l avoir choisi pour la vente de notre bien immobilier. Il a été vendu en peu de temps alors qu avec le précédent mandataire, aucunes visites où très peu, rien de réellement efficace. Tout a été très vite avec Mr Kakpeyen.
