Projet vente + projet achat

Avec mon conjoint nous avions comme projet d'acheter une maison, propriétaires d'un appartement où nous nous sentions bien, nous voulions trouver le bien avant de vendre car nous avions un très petit budget. Beaucoup d'agents étaient très réticents car l'ordre des choses veut de vendre avant, paris tenue pour Caroline qui connait très bien son secteur, en une visite elle nous a trouvé notre maison et en une visite nous a vendu l'appartement. Humaine et compréhensive c'est une agent que je recommande les yeux fermés sans elle rien aurait été possible.
