Un accompagnement fiable

Notre expérience a été très positive. Les étapes classiques de l’achat immobilier sont bien encadrées, avec un suivi clair et sérieux, autant pour l’acheteur que pour le vendeur. Nous avons rencontré un problème imprévu pour le financement, malgré une situation pourtant solide. Catherine a continué à croire en notre projet et a su activer rapidement ses contacts. En une semaine, nous avons obtenu un accord de principe, après plusieurs mois d’attente pour un refus auparavant. Au final, un accompagnement de confiance et une vraie implication qui nous ont permis d’aller au bout de notre projet.

Confiance et professionnalisme

Ces deux mots résument parfaitement notre expérience. Toute la partie "classique" d'un achat immobilier est très bien cadrée : il y a une vraie plus-value dans le travail fourni et une "justesse" côté acheteur comme vendeur. Nous avons rencontré des difficultés inattendues pour notre financement alors que nous étions tout à fait solvables.
