Un grand merci à Mme Herenguel pour son aide précieuse lors de la vente de la maison de ma maman. Elle a démontré un niveau de professionnalisme exceptionnel et a été très rapide dans son travail : la vente a été faite en un rien de temps ! En plus de ses excellentes compétences, elle a toujours été là et a bien compris les besoins particuliers de ma maman, ce qui nous a vraiment rassurés. Nous la recommandons sans hésiter !

Double projet validé !

Je souhaite vraiment exprimer ma gratitude à Madame Herenguel qui a trouvé mon nouveau logement juste après avoir vendu ma maison sans difficulté. Même si ces deux démarches me causaient beaucoup de tension, elle a réussi à me rassurer grâce à son appui et son expertise légale. Les échéances ont été honorées sans aucun problème. C'est une vraie professionnelle, pleine de compréhension et toujours prête à apporter son aide. Je suis enchantée d'avoir fait appel à elle.

Expérience exécrable

Bon début lors des deux premières visites, avec des échanges agréables. En revanche, après la signature du compromis, la situation s’est fortement dégradée : difficulté à obtenir des rendez-vous pour les mesures, remarques déplacées indiquant que les visites étaient « un service », et manque de neutralité évident. Il m’a également été demandé de faire dormir la vendeuse après la signature, ce que j’ai refusé, ce qui a entraîné des tensions. Malgré un accord sur la conservation de la cuisine équipée, Madame a autorisé le vendeur à reprendre la plaque et le four. Enfin, le jour de la signature chez le notaire, son attitude a été exécrable, en multipliant les reproches. La Courtiere en a aussi fait les frais Expérience décevante après un bon départ.
