Madame Carles a su être à notre écoute lors de la vente de notre appartement et ce malgré les difficultés liées au produit lui même (maison sénior, travaux des parties communes ne rendant pas très attractive l'entrée dans les lieux..) et à la période. Allant au delà de ses obligations afin de nous rendre divers services puisque nous ne vivons pas dans la ville où se trouvait le bien, elle a su alléger cette transaction. Nous la recommandons vivement pour son sérieux, sa connaissance du métier et sa disponibilité. Merci beaucoup de nous avoir accompagnés toujours avec le sourire.

Depuis plusieurs mois nous n arrivions pas à vendre notre bien, Madame Cécile Carles nous a proposé ses services par l intermédiaire de la responsable de notre copropriété .Nous avons accepté . À partir de ce moment , tout a été très vite., nous aidant à rassembler les nombreux papiers demandés, sans en omettre un seul (!) ,nous trouvant un diagnostiqueur au meilleur prix ,nous tenant au courant régulièrement par des SMS ou des mails , trouvant l acheteur idéal puis s’occupant intelligemment de la négociation . Tout cela avec beaucoup de bienveillance . . Nous recommandons vivement Madame Carles au sein de l’équipe IAD.
