Mme BOUZIANE m'a permis de me faire une idée juste de mon bien, de l'état du marché et de ce à quoi je pouvais m'attendre. Grâce à elle j'ai pu me rendre compte à temps que l'agence immobilière assurant la gestion locative de mon bien voulait m'enfermer dans un mandat exclusif et brader mon bien avec une commission déraisonable. Mme BOUZIANE a fait preuve d'une transparence complète, toujours à l'écoute pour protéger mes intérêts et ajuster mes attentes aux conditions du marché. Professionnelle aguerrie, elle m'a expliqué et rassurée quand j'ai pu avoir un acheteur potentiel qui se désistait finalement.
