N’étant pas sur place pour la mise en vente du bien,, « Chantal » car au premier contact on ne dit plus Mme Lecomte, c’est occupé toute seule de l’estimation (parfaite ) de toutes les démarches, même de tous les contretemps, jusqu’à la signature .
