Charlotte has been incredible to work with in what has been a difficult house sale that has taken 13 months. Charlotte went out of her way to help us with the sale and all of the associated searches and communicating with tradespeople, she was patient and understanding of the process we had to undertake and was very responsive when we required assistance with anything we weren't sure with. As we don't spark French, Charlotte was also the bridge between our language barrier. Thanks again Charlotte, we couldn't have done it without you.
