Très bonne expérience. Contrairement à d'autres agences, Christelle sélectionne soigneusement les biens en fonction de nos attentes et ne nous propose pas des logements qui ne correspondent pas à nos critères. Un vrai gain de temps ! Elle est également entourée d'une équipe très professionnelle (notaire, courtier, etc.) qui nous a accompagnés tout au long du projet afin que tout se déroule dans les meilleures conditions. Ils ont toujours pris le temps de nous réexpliquer chaque étape, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable lorsqu'on achète une maison et que certaines démarches ne sont pas toujours simples à comprendre. La conclusion a terni l’expérience.

Christelle nous a permis de trouver une superbe maison. Notre collaboration a cependant été ternie par un manque de confiance envers nous, une sollicitation excessive à la fin du processus d’achat (ainsi que pour donner cet avis) et des surprises à l’entrée dans la maison.
