Madame Turbé s'est occupé de la vente de la maison familiale dans le cadre d'un divorce. La vente s'est conclue dans un délai record et au prix fixé ensemble à l'origine : Très bonne connaissance du Marché sur la région et un portefeuille clients forcement qualitatif (En sachant que le bien s'est vendu à environ 800 K€ net vendeur). En marge de ses qualités professionnelle, Madame Turbé a garanti de façon parfaite et équilibré les intérêts des vendeurs et des acheteurs (Cette symétrie est importante pour les deux parties au final....). Enfin et ce n'est pas le moins important, elle a su être très disponible pour trouver des solutions et services en marge de la vente elle même (mise à disposition du bien dans des conditions confortable et optimale pour les deux parties .... Elle est allée au delà de sa mission. C'est une très belle personne, bienveillante et passionnée par son métier.

Professionalisme au rendez vous

Je suis tombé par hasard sur une annonce trouvée sur leboncoin pour un appartement à acheter et c'est là que j'ai fait la rencontre de Christelle une femme très professionnelle, pétillante, compétente et également pleine d'empathie. Vente rapide d’un appartement avec locataire. Appartement avec beaucoup de travaux à faire et locataire non coopératif !!! Très bon contact et notaire en plus. Ne pouvant pas me déplacer avec un mari malade tout a été organisé pour me faciliter la vie. Grand merci à IAD

satisfait de la vente de la maison de mes parents et de mon appartement, pour l'achat de ma nouvelle maison il y a eu une collaboration avec un autre agent qui n'a pas informer Mme Turbe de plusieurs problèmes ce qui m'envisage de revendre .
