Le contexte entre le 14 juin avec la mise sur le marché et la signature de la promesse n était pas évident..et malgré cela mes acquéreurs ont trouvé un prêt à un taux très raisonnable ce qui a accéléré le processus de la vente..Acte signé aujourd’hui 😀👍

Très professionnelle

J'ai donné mandat exclusif à Mme Stanord pour la vente de mon appartement début septembre 2023. Dans une conjoncture particulièrement défavorable. S'il a fallu largement baisser le prix, j'ai préféré accepter cette décote et ainsi réaliser sans trop tergiverser mon projet de déménagement. Après quelques péripéties rondement gérées par Mme Stanord, nous avons choisi ensemble les acquéreurs : compromis signé le 15 décembre, vente actée le 29 février. Nos relations ont été excellentes. Mme Stanord honore une profession qui a trop souvent mauvaise presse - à juste titre ! - Elle est évidemment compétente, mais aussi expérimentée et efficace. Elle exerce avec finesse, à-propos et une grande humanité. La classe !
