Mr Koumar a su me conseiller efficacement sur la mise en valeur du bien, le prix de vente réaliste, et a assuré un suivi rigoureux des visites. Grâce à son implication, l’appartement a été vendu temps record et au prix souhaité, dans un contexte pourtant concurrentiel.
