Accompagnement et écoute excellente

Mme Claire RUIZ a été à l'écoute de notre projet, a tenu compte de notre demande et a répondu avec le plus grand soin à toutes nos interrogations (aussi nombreuses ont-elles été pour notre premier achat). Mme Ruiz a suivi avec le plus grand soin notre projet depuis la première visite jusqu'à la signature du compromis). Elle a su trouver le bon équilibre entre l'acheteur et le vendeur. Nous avons été très satisfaits du professionnalisme de Mme Ruiz. Nous aurions aimé retrouver Claire Ruiz le jour de la vente définitive et partager ce grand moment avec elle (absence justifiée par le fait qu'il s'agissait d'une vente avec deux agents immobiliers). Dernier élément à améliorer, peut-être, est le suivi après la vente (remarque valable tout agent immobilier cela dit).
