Trouver une maison dans le sud de la France n’est pas une tâche facile. Mais trouver une maison dont on tombe amoureuse au premier regard relève presque de l’impossible. Les choses se compliquent encore davantage, car de nos jours il est très difficile de rencontrer un agent immobilier de qualité, qui ne se contente pas d’envoyer d’innombrables annonces à ses clients, mais qui sache réellement comprendre en profondeur leur projet et leurs besoins. J’ai eu cette chance : j’ai trouvé une telle professionnelle en la personne de Carolie. Elle réunit une combinaison rare de grandes qualités professionnelles et humaines. En écartant les biens non pertinents et en respectant mon temps, Carolie a trouvé pour moi la maison idéale, celle pour laquelle j’ai pris la décision d’acheter en seulement vingt minutes.
