Très bonne qualité de service

Estimation un peu basse. Nous avons vendue notre maison à l'estimation haute de madame Delean et les acquéreurs nous ont appris quelques jours avant la signature définitive qu'ils auraient acheté la maison au prix au prix affiché ( 18000 euros de plus) et Madame Delean nous a déconseillé de négocier de peur de voir la vente nous échappée. Un peu de regrets à ce sujet. Mis à part ça, je recommande vraiment Madame Delean, c'est une personne très gentille, sérieuse, à l'écoute, très réactive, bonne vendeuse qui communique beaucoup (ce qui est très appréciable et rassurant, on se sent bien pris en charge) , gestion administrative impeccable et si l'on oublie la petite histoire au dessus, elle est malgré tout de bons conseils . JE LA RECOMMANDE VIVEMENT (contrairement à Lemaitre immobilier qui une fois le dossier en mains, plus rien ) ! J'enlève une étoile pour l'absence totale de négociations.
