l'achat du bien s'est bien passé

la transaction immobilière s'est bien passée, un certaine latence entre la date de l'offre officielle et la finalisation de l'achat mais à mettre en majeur partie sur la période des congés d'été et l'agent immobilier reste bien à l'écoute.
