Bonne disponibilité, et des présentations de qualité

Réactivité sur la demande de contact et précision sur les disponibilités de produits Ma prise de contact stipulait mes critères de recherche. Les produits présentés étaient dans la veine attendue (respect du prix, du secteur, de certaines contraintes...). Il y avait des produits d'une belle prestation (si on peut comparer aux autres "agents immobiliers réseaux") De bonnes idées sur les rénovations proposées dans la maison (même si quelques finitions sont à contrôler) La vente a pu se faire un tempo assez rapide. La disponibilité a été agréable.

Contacté par Mr Lamiaux lors de la vente de notre maison mise sur un site de vente très connu pour les particuliers , il a souhaité venir voir la maison car il pensait que cela pouvait convenir pour une recherche de clients . Après sa visite initiale il nous a dit c est bon, c est exactement ce qu ils cherche . La maison s est vendue à ces clients ! Super échanges ! Mr Lamiaux est à l écoute et très humain Bravo ...!
