Mr MARQUES m'a été présentée par un ami en commun, j'étais déjà engagé avec une autre agence pour la vente de ma maison ( pas satisfaite), j'ai entrepris de m'engagé avec lui et j'ai eu raison de lui faire confiance pour cette vente. En effet , il m'a donné la marche à suivre pour résiliér auprès de l'agence, après la visite de la maison, m'a donner pleins de conseils pour présenter au mieux la maison aux futurs acheteurs ( rafraichissement peintures, rangements). pendant les visites j'ai pu observer son professionnalisme , sa manière de présenter la maison et son environnement , moi même je n'aurais pas fait mieux, tous cela avec une grande gentillesse. je le recommande à d'autres vendeurs
