Très grand professionnalisme.

La maison à été vendue assez rapidement. Mandataire immobilier très professionnel. Apportant toujours une réponse rapide à mes questions en tant que vendeur et à celles de l'acquéreur. Les visites de la maison se sont très bien passées. N'hésitant pas à mettre en valeur la maison et ses extérieurs. Mandataire apportant de très bons conseils du 1er jour de la mise en vente à la signature chez le notaire. Donne toutes les explications sur les démarches à effectuer. Ce qui est formidable c'est que les agents IAD font appel à leurs collaborateurs si le bien en vente peut éventuellement corresponde aux recherches de leurs clients. Je recommande fortement Mme Coussaud pour son grand professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et son sourire.
