Superbe prestation, Vente réussie à Petite Serre — merci Dereck !

Un grand merci à Dereck Lesport, de l'Agence IAD Immobilier France, pour la vente de mon bien à Petite Serre (La Rivière Saint-Louis). Le secteur n'est pas le plus facile à vendre et je m'attendais à ce que ça traîne. Dereck a su valoriser le bien, cibler les bons acquéreurs et rester présent à chaque étape : visites, négociation, suivi du dossier jusqu'à la signature chez le notaire. Toujours joignable, transparent sur ce qui était réalisable ou non, et de très bon conseil. Un vrai professionnel qui connaît son marché. Je le recommande sans hésiter.

Un professionnel à l’écoute et sérieux

Mr Lesport m’a accompagné dans l’achat d’un bien immobilier. Il a toujours été à l’écoute depuis le début.
