Mon bien était en dehors des "normes". Maison en bord de forêt, ossature bois, grand terrain en pente, vue imprenable. Il fallait trouver les acheteurs qui partagent un même goût. Mme Schiano m'a accompagné depuis les choix de travaux préparatoires jusqu'à la vente. Celle ci s'est effectuée dans de bonnes conditions. Y compris une bonne entente avec les acheteurs.

Très bon accompagnement

Achat d'un appartement consécutif à une vente déjà suivie par Mme Schiano. L'appartement était mis en vente sur plans, à partir d'un état d'origine demandant de gros travaux, sur une très vielle ferme. Comme tout chantier, celui ci a eu ses aléas. Mme Schiano m'a accompagné depuis la reconnaissance des "murs", jusqu'à la livraison après travaux. y compris en formulant des recommandations et propositions d'aménagements très bien venus. Son aide a également été très utile dans les négociations et interventions en cours de chantier, avant la vente, et après la vente.
