Nous avons, mon conjoint et moi-même, acheté notre première maison par le biais de Mr VAN GOOR et je peux vous dire que vous ne serez pas déçu. Je vous conseille cet agent immobilier à 1000% et les yeux fermés. Après avoir visité une dizaine de maisons et rencontres une dizaine d’agents immobiliers, Mr VAN GOOR a su se démarquer par son amabilité, son sens de l’explication, mais aussi par sa façon de réaliser une visite qui était unique par rapport aux autres. Mr VAN GOOR est toujours disponible peu importe les jours et les heures et est toujours à l'écoute de nos demandes. Vraiment, si vous cherchez une maison à acheter ou même à louer, n’hésitez surtout pas. Merci encore pour votre travail et on peut le dire, l’achat de notre maison a été en partie 90% de la maison, mais les 10% restants, on aussi été grâce à vous et à votre magnifique travail.

M Van Goor a accompli des prouesses en un temps record. 2 ventes de biens difficiles en quelques mois seulement. En plus d’être une personne extrêmement agréable, à l’écoute et disponible, M Van Goor a été très actif. Les nombreuses démarches administratives ont toutes été gérées sans délai ( diag, rdv entrepreneur, assurance, notaire etc). Pour nous ce fut une expérience unique de professionnalisme.
