C'était la première fois que je faisais appel à un agent immobilier pour vendre un bien. J’étais surtout à la recherche de quelqu'un à qui je pourrais faire vraiment confiance, étant moi-même totalement incompétente en la matière. Mme Andria a été largement à la hauteur de mes attentes en tous points. Pour la confiance dont j’avais besoin, mon choix de faire appel à elle a été le meilleur. Ma vente s’est avérée particulièrement longue et semée d’obstacles liés à divers problèmes administratifs (changement de syndic en plein processus) alors que Mme Andria avait trouvé un acquéreur au prix que je voulais très vite. Elle m’a accompagnée et soutenue tout au long de cette vente sans jamais baisser les bras face aux nombreux problèmes à résoudre les uns après les autres. Je pense qu’elle a fait plus que son travail, et je la recommande évidemment sans aucune réserve.
